Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
MTS is looking for a manufacturing or project engineer who can lead projects for several product lines from prototype to commercialization. The position involves being the point of contact for customers and performing the project management activities for each product line. The project engineer is responsible for directing technicians on the manufacturing line and completing all manufacturing engineering responsibilities including but not limited to: CAPAs, NCRs, ECOs, DCRs, and design transfers. Additionally, the project engineer is responsible for writing and/or editing work instructions, reviewing design documentation for accuracy, and ensuring that objectives are met. The engineer must have a thorough background of medical device quality and regulatory requirements to help encourage and enforce good manufacturing practices.
Additionally, MTS is looking for an engineer versed in process validation who is able to independently author IQs, OQs, PQs, TMVs, and PVs.
